This August, Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh (HARP) is throwing a party for all the incredible adult animals in our care. In honor of DOGust, the universal birthday for shelter pets, we’re celebrating with a weekend-long adoption event that’s all about new beginnings.

Thanks to the generous support of Speakman Financial Group, adoption fees are waived for all adult pets—dogs, cats, and more—6 months or older. Whether you’re looking for a devoted dog, a calm cuddlebug cat, or a unique companion, this is your chance to find someone special and make their birthday wish come true.
