Vehicle Donation

Donate an out-of-use vehicle to Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh! Through the nonprofit partner Vehicles for Charity, HARP receives a monetary payment for each vehicle donated, including cars, trucks, boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, tractors, trailers, etc. Learn more.

Donor-advised Funds (DAFs)

Gifts of securities such as stocks and bonds are a generous and tax-efficient way of supporting Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh. Since no capital gains tax applies when securities are given directly to charity, you can maximize both your gift to HARP and your tax deduction.

Giving Tuesday Match

Every year on the last Tuesday in November, HARP participates in Giving Tuesday, a national campaign to encourage people to give to their favorite charities and causes. To spur giving, we rely on donors to make challenge matches, for which every cent donated by the public is matched up to a certain amount as determined by the challenge match donor.
