We are currently booking a few weeks out and are trying our best to accommodate all our clients and patients to give the best possible care.

Medical center visits are by appointment only on Tuesdays through Fridays (10 am – 6 pm) and Saturdays (8 am – 4:30 pm). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins. Your appointment is not confirmed until you have been notified by a staff member. We will compare your requested time slots with our availability and notify you of your appointment.

During the spring and summer months, our medical centers are especially busy! Please expect to be scheduled at least 2 weeks out. If you wish to bring your pet in sooner, please call the clinic directly at 412-345-7300 ext. 211. Also, consider our monthly Low Cost Vaccine Clinic if you need to have your pet vaccinated sooner.

Late Policy: To best serve our clients and patients, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. Failure to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in the charge of a $15 cancellation fee.
