This process is completely curbside, patrons must wear masks. We won’t be doing FIV/FeLV tests, 4dx tests, or microchips.

Please download and print the consent form at the bottom of the registration page. Previous medical records can be emailed to the clinic, otherwise they should be printed and brought with you. Thank you.
