🌿 Explore Careers in Wildlife & Conservation!

Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh’s Junior Rehabber Corps (JRC) is designed to give teens hands-on experience in animal and environmental career fields. While JRC typically runs in the summer at our Wildlife Center, we’re bringing the experience into the school year—and into the community!

This semester, we’re shining a spotlight on the incredible work of the Allegheny County Park Rangers. Participants will meet at Harrison Hills Park to hear first-hand what a day in the life of a park ranger is like, followed by a guided hike to experience the beauty of the park up close.

📅 Date & Time: Sunday, May 18 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Location: Harrison Hills Park (5200 Freeport Rd, Natrona Heights, PA 15065)
