Zipper

Zipper is a young, silly, and absolutely delightful whirlwind of fur and fun. He recently spent time at doggy daycare and had the time of his life—zoomies, wrestling, toy hoarding, you name it. If it involves playing, Zipper is in. Actually, if it involves anything, Zipper is in. He loves it all. Seriously. Everything. He’s what you’d call an "enthusiastic participant in life." Sometimes, that enthusiasm gets the best of him and he gets a little overstimulated. But don’t worry—Zipper is also a fan of chill-out time. Give him a cozy spot and a little break, and he's back to his charming, bouncy self in no time. Zipper plays rough-and-tumble and is looking for a home where that’s welcomed—with someone who gets that a young, high-energy pup sometimes needs gentle guidance (and a solid chew toy). He’s incredibly smart and eager to learn, especially when snacks are involved. Did we mention he’s a bit of a genius? Just don’t tell him—we don’t want it going to his head. Zipper is searching for a person or family with experience raising silly, spirited dogs who are equal parts mischief and heart. He promises to bring the laughter, the love, and just enough chaos to keep life interesting. He comes with three training classes through our Best Paw Forward program to help him become the best doggy buddy he can be! Thank you for your interest in adoption! We are open to process adoptions on a walk-in basis Tuesday – Friday from Noon to 6 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, adoptions are from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
