Meet Skipper, a spirited stray who’s been working hard to channel his energy in positive ways. While he can be a bit strong-willed and overly enthusiastic at times, he’s made wonderful progress with the help of our dedicated staff, volunteers, and, of course, some tasty treats. Skipper thrives with consistent guidance and structure, and he would do best in an all-adult home where he can enjoy a calm, low-energy environment that helps him stay focused and balanced.
