Rice

Meet Rice! Rice came to the shelter when his owner could no longer care for him. He is a smart boy and has been learning fast here at the shelter. Rice loves to be close by, either leaning on your legs or walking right next to you! If you think Rice can become a staple ingredient in your home, come give him some love at HARP East!
