Meet Marge! This girl has a particular zest for life and has the personality to match. She was in foster for a while, so despite being a stray, we know a lot about how she behaves in a home! Even though Marge isn't a good fit for cats, she's lived well with another dog, so maybe your dog and Marge could become new BFFs! Here's what her foster mom says she asked her to say: "Hey Pittsburgh, I'm Miss Marge, a cute pit mix looking for my furever home! I was found as a stray and ended up in the shelter in November. After 3 months I was put on the foster list. Next thing I know I was on a car ride with my foster family. Boy is life exciting. I have lots of different toys to play with AND take the stuffing out. I get to spend lots of time in the yard running around and catching some rays. I even have a foster fur brother who I rough house with. I go potty outside like a good girl. Naps on the couch are so nice. At night I sleep in a BIG BIG bed. My foster hoomans help me with my manners. We work on sit, paw, down, no, and leave it. Thank you for reading all about me. Thank you for your interest in adoption! We are open to process adoptions on a walk-in basis Tuesday – Friday from Noon to 6 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, adoptions are from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
