Meet Happy, a dog that really lives up to his name! Despite being found abandoned, he still retains a trusting and joyful demeanor. He's just a big puppy on the inside and just wants to play for as long as he can. Happy is working on his leash manners, but is making a lot of progress, and we can't wait to see him progress and be the healthy, well-mannered pup he's so clearly meant to be!
