Genevieve

Introducing Genevieve! This sweet girl was brought in by animal control after being dumped with nothing but a dog bed. She had recently given birth, and we suspect that she may have spent much of her life being used for breeding. But whatever her past was, she's now safe, and getting the love and care she deserves. Genevieve is an incredibly sweet and calm girl who loves cuddles and is incredibly polite. She's a big fan of cuddles and just enjoys being around people. Sudden movements, loud noises, and other dogs seem to make her a bit nervous, so she'll need a patient home where she can relax and build confidence at her own pace. We don't know how she feels about cats or children, but given her sweet and caring nature, she may do well with kids and smaller pets after slow, proper introductions! Genevieve has already been through so much in her 2 years, yet she remains incredibly affectionate and trusting. She's ready for a soft bed, plenty of treats, and a family that will give her the love and safety she deserves.
