This sweet pup is Garfunkel! With his sweet and attentive eyes and his snowy white mittens, he is ready to meet his forever family! Garfunkel came to us as a stray from the community with a case of "happy tail". While that does mean he might need some extra attention and monitoring it also means that his tail will need some extra monitoring and possibly some extra care in the future.
