Meet Cyclone, a sweet, sensitive girl looking for a patient home that will give her the time she needs to shine. Cyclone can be nervous when meeting new people but once she feels safe, she becomes incredibly affectionate, cuddly, and deeply connected to her people. Cyclone has been making wonderful progress while in our care and has shown that with patience and kindness, she warms up quickly. She even participated in our field trip program with someone completely new to her and, while initially shy, settled in nicely and built comfort throughout the outing. She has also done great in playgroups and would likely enjoy having a canine friend in her future home. Other dogs seem to help her feel more comfortable and bring out her playful side. Because Cyclone can take some time to adjust, adopters will meet with a member of our Behavior Department (her besties) to discuss ways to help her settle into home life successfully.
