Meet Veruca Salt! This pretty lady is nothing like her on-screen namesake--she's goofy, sweet, friendly, gentle--all the qualities you'd want to run your chocolate factory. Ms. Salt was found as a stray so we don't know much about what she got up to before making her way to us, but it's been a delight to become acquainted with her! We're not sure of her feelings towards cats or oompa loompas but she does seem to enjoy the company of other dogs. Adopt Veruca today! We are open to process adoptions on a walk-in basis Tuesday – Friday from Noon to 6 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, adoptions are from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. To ensure the best experience, meet-and-greets must begin before by 5:00 PM on Tuesday through Friday and by 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
