Due to his jumpy behavior and leash reactivity—especially around strangers—Blue is not a fit for first-time dog owners. He thrives with structure, consistent training, and plenty of physical and mental exercise. With the right leadership and continued support, Blue has the potential to be a loyal, active companion for someone ready to meet his needs. Thank you for your interest in adoption! We are open to process adoptions on a walk-in basis Tuesday – Friday from Noon to 6 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, adoptions are from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
