Mmmbop, ba duba dop--it's Hanson! Hanson came to us as a stray, so we don't know much about his past but his future looks bright! Hanson can be a little jumpy, but it's just because he's so happy to see you and he is quick to learn with positive reinforcement. If you've got a dog at home already we'd encourage you to bring them with you when you stop in to the shelter to meet him. Hanson has a wonky front paw, but that doesn't slow him down one bit. He is a scholar in our "Best Paw Forward" Program which provides behavior training and assistance while he transitions into his new home! Thank you for your interest in adoption! We are open to process adoptions on a walk-in basis Tuesday – Friday from Noon to 6 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, adoptions are from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
