DESCRIPTION:Thanks to support from Edgar Snyder & Associates’ H.O.P.E.S. Program (Helping Owners & Pets by Edgar Snyder)\, HARP will provide free Rabies\, DHPP\, and Bordetella vaccines for dogs\, as well as Rabies and FVRCP vaccines for cats\, as well as free microchipping to help keep pets safe and identifiable if they become lost. \nThe clinic is first-come\, first-served\, with walk-ins beginning at 9 a.m. and accepted until 3:45 p.m. No appointments are required. Due to high demand\, attendees should expect wait times. \nGuests arriving before 9 a.m. will be asked to remain in their vehicles while staff prepare for the clinic. Cats must be in carriers\, and dogs must be on non-retractable leashes. Pet owners are encouraged to bring vaccination records. \nLimit five pets per household. \n\n\nThank you to Edgar Snyder & Associates for their support to help keep pets healthy and safe. \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe recommend having your pet tested for Lyme disease and/or FeLV disease prior to receiving the vaccine. Unfortunately\, we are unable to do this testing during vaccine clinic hours.

DESCRIPTION:Waitlist is full. Thank you for your interest. \nJoin us as a volunteer for this year’s 2025 Spay-a-Thon! Email spayathon2025@humaneanimalrescue.org to get started.\nRegistration opens on MONDAY! \n\nThe event is free for community and feral cats only.\nAll cats must be in a secure\, properly functioning trap\, and the trap must be covered.\nThere is a minimum of 2 cats per person\, and a maximum of 20 cats per person.\nAll the cats will receive spay/neuter\, eat tip\, rabies vaccine\, FVRCP vaccine and flea prevention. ADDITIONAL services\, including combo testing or other diagnostics/medications\, will NOT be available.\nWe reserve the right to not spay/neuter and cats that appear to be visibly not healthy enough for surgery.\nDue to the high demand for morning and daytime appointment times\, specific drop-up and pick-up times will be assigned via a lottery of all caretakers who register. Slots cannot be guaranteed to all those who register\, and all scheduled slots are not permitted to be exchanged amongst caregivers.\nDue to the inability to field phone calls related to the event\, all correspondence will take place via email.\nALL CONFIRMATION EMAILS WILL BE SENT OUT ON OR BEFORE 9/13/2025\nCaretakers will have to bring either a printed copy of their confirmation email at the time of drop off or be able to show it to us on their phone.
