DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, April 29th from 4 to 7 p.m.\, Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh’s Junior Advisory Council is holding its inaugural Barks & Brews celebration! Featuring nine breweries\, various food trucks\, and live entertainment at HARP’s East Side location\, this is a ticketed fundraiser for young professionals interested in becoming more involved at HARP. Your $30 ticket donation includes a sample cup and samples from participating breweries. This is a dog-friendly event! Shelter staff and JAC volunteers will be on-site to share information and answer any questions about HARP’s various programs. \nAbout the Host:  \nThe Junior Advisory Council (JAC) of Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh (HARP) is a diverse group of emerging leaders committed to advancing HARP’s mission to enhance the lives of companion animals and native wildlife. The JAC supports HARP by hosting volunteer and fundraising events within our communities and building personal and professional networks.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh.\n  \nThe event is led by HARP’s Junior Advisory Council (JAC)\, a diverse group of young emerging leaders committed to advancing HARP’s mission to enhance the lives of companion animals and native wildlife.
