Owners in need can drive up to the East Side Campus (6926 Hamilton Avenue Pittsburgh\, PA 15208) on Monday\, May 16 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. where staff will then load each vehicle with free dog food.\n\nIf pet owners are facing difficulties in providing for their pets\, HARP is committed to helping keep pets in loving homes and has resources available. Through our pet retention programs\, families who are experiencing difficult times are given assistance to avoid the further heartbreak of losing their beloved pet.
