Meet Stewie, a senior yellow Lab with a heart as golden as his coat. He’s a sweet, gentle soul who enjoys slow strolls, tasty treats, and all the pets you’re willing to give. While he may move at a more leisurely pace, he still gets bursts of joy—his signature “old dog hops” when it’s time for a walk are guaranteed to melt your heart. Stewie is dog reactive and will need to be the only pet in the home, with an adopter who can help him feel safe and comfortable. Like many seniors, he has a few manageable medical needs, and we’re happy to chat with potential adopters about how to support him. Stewie is ready to enjoy his golden years with someone who loves a classic good boy all to themselves.
