Check out this total wiggle bug! Penelope is a young and rambunctious dog who would love a forever home where she can be your exercise partner! Penelope enjoys long walks, and with the help of a harness, she has been working on her leash manners! This happy go lucky pup needs some work on her manners, so she can become the most refined canine she is destined to be! We recommend behavior training classes, to really spruce up her manners! She came to us as a stray so we aren't sure how she does with other dogs but we're pretty sure she shouldn't be around any small animals including cats.
