Gallagher is a sweet boy that takes time to warm up to new people and feel safe. He will need a loving and patient owner that's willing to hold his paw and help him gain confidence as he enters the next chapter of his life. He's a bit of a wallflower around other dogs, so if a canine sibling is in his future, we would need him to meet them first before coming home.
