Meet Lua! This girl is bursting with energy, and is just shy of 2 years old, so if you are looking for an energetic gal without having to deal with the actual puppy phase... She's your gal! Lua has the sweetest face we've ever seen. She came in very skinny, and we have slowly been fattening her up for the winter so she will be the perfect cuddle partner. The shelter environment has been stressful for her, and she deserves somebody who is ready to break her out! She's been on several field trips and had raving reviews. She absolutely loves playing with tennis balls, sniffing for treats in a snuffle mat, playing tug, and exploring the world out on walks. She is working on her confidence with other dogs and may enjoy having a friend who she can have play dates with, but we recommend that she be a single dog in the home at this time. She is working on her confidence and may be open to a dog roomie someday! We don't know how she does with cats or with small children, but we do know that she loves her human friends.
